Hey y'all, I need some quick advice. I have to take my 2016 Ford F-150 for its periodic Smog Check here in Los Angeles, but my Check Engine Light just popped up for an EVAP code. Will a pending EVAP code cause an automatic failure in Cali even if the truck doesn't blow any smoke? Also, driving cross-country on the interstates has riddled my front bumper with rock chips and cracks. Are there any strict vehicle inspection states that will flag bumper cosmetic damage?
